Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information (where available).

- United States
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier operations.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues.
If your order has not been delivered within 14 days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact us at sales@codebooklibrary.com with your order number. Our support team will investigate the shipment and assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Code Book Library is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@codebooklibrary.com. Include your order number and photographs of the package or product (if applicable), and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
