Refund policy

At Code Book Library, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable).
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting your request.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item.
